J Milesevic MX Coaching Return & Refund Policy

Coaching Services

• We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.
• Payment is due in full through the website when a session is booked, unless otherwise agreed in writing or with a J Milesevic MX Coaching team member. If payment is not received or has not been discussed with someone from the J Milesevic MX Coaching team, the session will be cancelled.
• Payment is to be made through the J Milesevic MX Coaching website, a third party collection service is used to take secure payments.
• If you have paid in advance and cancelled your service at least 24 hours in advance, please contact us by email or phone and we will provide a full refund or a credit to a 1:1 coaching session/entry to future coaching clinics.
• For cancellations less than 24 hours from the scheduled service, there will be no refunds or coaching credits issued, as there are costs with track hire and other fees associated. If you decide to ‘no show’ to a session without informing J Milesevic MX Coaching, no refund will be issued.

Program Products

• We will make every effort to deliver your fitness program purchase to you. Please contact us by email or phone if you need any assistance.
• If you are not happy with your purchase or need to make changes to the program, please contact us by email or phone with the reason and we will discuss refund or change options.

Merchandise Products

• We will make every effort to deliver your physical purchase to you. Please contact us by email or phone if you have not received it within a reasonable time (14 days). Depending on circumstances in most cases, we will post a new product to you.
• If you have received your purchase, but you are not happy with it and would like a refund, please contact us by or phone email with the reason and we will discuss refund options.
• If you are wanting to exchange or a refund the product must be sent back at your own expense.
